Get Up And Do Something

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time to come in our lives. Whether we like it or not, we, ourselves, are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek. Change starts within us right now, right at this very moment.
Change will happen when we do something different, a different outcome. Do something different from what you've already been doing. I know this is quite challenging because it's a matter of getting out of your comfort zone.

Well, do something different! Stop complaining and blaming others for what you've become today. Never blame your past, your parents, your boss or your partner. because you did not learn from your past circumstance. Stop blaming all together. You are responsible for your emotions and your life. Take control of your fate once and for all.

Are you ready for change? I've learned the past few years to actually get something out of life, whether it's in a career, relationship, or in any area. Work equals change and success. But you need to do something to make it happen.

If you want change, do something different. Don't just sit there and wait for a miracle to happen. Nothing of great value comes without great effort. Don't expect to get to the next level of your career without doing something productive. Show a great deal of commitment and dedication to your work. By doing so, you are able to feel a sense of achievement and a sense of fulfillment because you are able to do something worth doing well not only to yourself but to everyone concerned.

The Real Meaning of Financial Freedom

There are many different interpretations of financial freedom. Try asking your family and friends what it means to them to be financially free and they would likely be giving you different answers. Some people define financial freedom as being very rich. To some, it's a state where one can afford anything that he or she desires. Then there are those who think that being financially free is to be totally debt-free. Still, others see financial freedom as having sufficient money to retire. As you can see here, financial freedom means different things to different people. What does it mean to you?

What is the real meaning of financial freedom? To me, you'll be financial free when your passive income exceeds your expenses. Even if you quit your job today with no more salary going into your bank account regularly, you'll still have passive income to cover your expenses. This is a situation where you'll never worry about money again. You now have no fear even if you lose your job. You work because you want to and not because you need to.

The Magical Happiness Formula

While in school, we studied numerous formula. Things were easier to analyse and control, when defined by a formula. Knowing a formula tells us what we need to change in one of the inputs to cause an impact on the output.

Imagine how beautiful our life could be, if Happiness also had a defined formula and if we precisely knew the factors it depended upon. It will all be so easy and logical if we knew what needs to be changed to increase the Happiness content of our lives. So, here we go. Let's learn the Magical Happiness Formula.

The derivation of the Magical Happiness Formula actually got triggered when one of my readers, Biswajit (name changed) interacted with us and expressed his unhappiness over having to stay away from his family because of the nature of his job. He was sad. Could he be happier? Is there anything good in staying away from one's family? Could he look at the given situation from a different perspective, or rather from the perspective of a formula?

Biswajit's 'unhappy situation' arises from his belief that Happiness lies somewhere within his family, or the belief that he will feel happy only when he is able to share things with his family and spends more time with them. While this belief may seem so natural to most people, the fact is that different people are impacted differently by the same situation.

Stop Complaining

Back in my thirties I set an intention one year to stop gossiping. I don't necessarily consider myself a big gossiper, but I do it. What's the big deal about gossiping? I don't feel good when I am repeating a story about someone that doesn't need to be told, if you know what I mean.
(Keep reading, even if you don't give a poop about gossiping. I have a bigger point to make.)
I consider gossip to be talking about someone, or even myself, for any reason other than to celebrate, acknowledge, learn, or create a solution. If I am not seeking to empower someone with the conversation, I'm actually depleting my own power.

If I'm gossiping, it is usually because I have an unconscious desire for something. It may be to get attention or to feel powerful or maybe even to get sympathy (i.e., "Can you believe Joe Blow did that to me?!"). So, now I'm feeding myself from a place of lack. Retelling a negative story is not a logically good decision.
And you are spending time and energy on something that doesn't thrill you in the first place. So now you get to experience the negativity two times or more, depending on how many times you repeat the story.

The Magic Of Yes

If we entirely want to know life, participate in it, and be part of history; if we're going to know who we are rooted in our intimacy and spontaneity; if we also want to be more successful in what we do, have, and give, there is an attitude that we already know. It's a straightforward one and utterly compelling to put into action.
It does not mean giving up anything we have or to drastically change our behavior forever and with difficulty. It does not concern what we do; it involves how we do it. However, despite its simplicity, this attitude can significantly alter our lives and channel them in a positive direction.

All that it involves is the use of the word Yes. This simple strategy is to think Yes instead of No. Imagine Yes instead of No. Say Yes instead of No, no thanks, I do not want, I'm not there, I'm not coming, I cannot do it, I do not have time, I do not care, I do not like it, not me, etc. Replace Yes as often as possible every day.
Keeping ourselves in a Yes mood open us to new possibilities. Any person self-conditioned to say Yes is more inclined to accept new opportunities, meet new people, try something new out of their comfort zone, pursue a path of personal growth, and more profitable career, proceeding to the goal.

3 Psychological Blocks Holding You Back and How To Overcome Them

A lot of people are yet to achieve their dreams and goals. When you talk to them, they give a lot of reasons as to why they are yet to attain their true potential.
These reasons might seem okay at first glance. They might seem valid as a lot of people have them, but they are no more than what they truly are. Excuses.
If these things are examined critically, you will see that no one should have any of these as an excuse.

First Barrier: I am very busy
A lot of people say that they have no time. If you think that a huge chunk of time will magically appear for you to do that thing you've been postponing for some time, you are wrong.
There might never be enough time. No one has more than 24 hours in a day. You have to find the time and do what you want to do.
There are so many unnecessary things that we do today that take a whole lot of our time. These things are not compulsory, and they add nothing to our lives. Yet, we do them repeatedly and think that time will magically appear from nowhere.
Cut off those TV shows. Stop spending a lot of time on social media. Turn off distracting notifications on your smartphones.
Those things do you no good, and yet you spend a lot of time on them. Cut them out, and you will see that you have a lot of time for the most important things.
Stop waiting for the day or week when you will have a lot of time. Stop waiting for a vacation or a magical break. Create that time now.
Start with a simple time allocation. Then you can increase the time allocated as time goes on.

To Prepare Yourself For A Better Tomorrow, Do All You Can To Be Your Best Today

The Aggregation Of Small Habits Leads To Greatness
Do you realise your best is yet to come? How do you feel when you read that statement? Do you think: "My best is behind me"? But what if you don't know what you're capable of unless you continue to move forward towards your goals and dreams? Let me give you an example. When Michael Jordan failed making his high school basketball team, do you think his career was over? Perhaps he thought so at the time because not making the team might have seemed like the end of the road for him, but it wasn't. It was the beginning of his career as one of the greatest basketballers of all time. Why? Jordan loved to play basketball and spent hours practicing and fine tuning his skills. The setbacks and defeats he experienced were part of the process to achieve greatness. They were inflection points in his career and why your best is yet to come, as long as you continue moving towards your goals. Warning: you must believe your best is still to come and keep taking the right course of action.
Your best will come from your habits, practice, growth, setbacks, victories and knowledge gained over the years. To prepare for a better tomorrow, we must commit to the tasks of today that lay the foundation for tomorrow. Nothing good can come of delaying that which we must attend to now. Whilst many of our daily tasks or habits can be tedious and time-consuming, with the right mindset they will transform our efforts into achievement. We must do our best whatever that looks like, knowing the aggregation of small habits leads to greatness. This is the essence of what motivational author and speaker Brendon Burchard refers to in High Performance Habits: How Extraordinary People Become That Way where he writes: "Being on your A game means that you are giving your best effort with full focus on the singular task at hand. To get it, you need to stoke the internal and external demands of necessity. Specifically, you assume the identity of a high performer and you set up situations that require full immersion." How does this idea appeal to you? Is this something you're prepared to invest in or are you already taking inspired action in your life? Whatever the case, investing in ourselves means committing to that which makes our hopes and dreams come alive.

15 Habits of Extremely Happy People

Happiness is every person's goal in life. Even though most people have no idea of what to do to be happy and what happiness really adds up to. We all strive to stay relevant to our goal.
1. They are not self-absorbed
This is a person that generally does not make everything about themselves. They are open-minded and allow their thinking to go beyond their heads. They welcome other people's suggestions and criticism. They don't take other people's opinions about them personally. They build their character based on well-thought out choices and opinions. They positively accept correction from people and also appreciate other people's way of life.
2. They are appreciative and contented
Being contented and showing appreciation is a character trait that most people don't have. They take a lot of things for granted not knowing they deprive themselves of the small joys of the world. Being able to appreciate someone else for how they have dressed, made their hair, their new pair of shoes, being able to see the other person laugh and smile and having contributed to them having a nice day is even a greater way of being happy.

How To Attract Wealth By Using Law Of Attraction

Wealth is one of the categories that we use to determine success. This is the easiest way that we in the modern world use to evaluate whether a person do well in life. Although, this is not totally true, the capitalism taught us to use money as a standard measurement. This is no doubt why people are long for wealth and more money. A lot of people work their butts out in order to get more and more money. Many people have to sacrifice their time, their relationships, or even their spiritual value just to earn more money.

Not to mention that many people decide to leave their virtue and commit the crime just for money. We don't have to emphasize what we all know. The point is if the money is that important, and we want it. How can we morally accumulate wealth? Is there anyway that we can achieve as much success financially as other millionaires or multi-millionaires do? This article will talk about wealth attraction by using the law of attraction.
Obviously, there are many ways to be wealthy. We are not going to talk about the vocational method here. Instead, we will talk about having the right mindset in order to attract as much wealth as we want. The right mindset to attract wealth composes of five understandings including:

1. Understand the nature of wealth

Wealth will stay with the one who see the importance of it. On the other hand, it will go away from the one who detest it. This mean you have to see money as a valuable vehicle to lead you to other success element in life. Financial freedom is for releasing you from worry and letting you pursue your other more important goals.
Do not see rich as a indication of the bad conduct. Not all the rich people earn their money in a non-proper way. Look at it in a neutral way. Rich is good and how they earn that many not relevant to our. We learn to earn the money in a proper way ourselves. "Money is not the root of all evils but the love of money is the root of all evils" as mentioned in the bible. Once you know the value of the money and do not see it as a indication of a bad deed, you are on the first step to attract wealth.

How To Restore Passion For Your Life

When was the last time you felt truly passionate about something? Felt good, right? And so it should! Good thing is, you can learn how to restore passion for your life.
Passion is most evident when body, mind and spirit work together to create, articulate or manifest feelings, ideas and values. Passion is ignited when all of you work together. It is the presence of your soul combined with the totality of all you've experienced, and it empowers to live at optimal levels.

Passion your natural state. When what you do is in alignment with who you are, it increases your energy. Passion is like water flowing along its natural riverbed, gaining momentum from its course - unlike many work environments, where it feels more like trying to force water up and over a mountain!
Passion creates resilience. It enables you to overcome obstacles and to look beyond current setbacks to the infinite potential that's yours to claim. The passionate soul discovers nuggets of potential in every situation.
Passion transfers vibrant energy to every person or situation it touches. You can't fake it. Anyone can spot a phony by sensing lack of authenticity and depth in their actions.
